§1. General information

Inter Classic Design Limited is a supplier of designer furniture to both commercial and private customers. All products are sold through our Online Shop at www.inter-classics.com directly from Ireland and delivered in order of our customers by an independent carrier directly to the wished delivery address world wide.

§2. Prices/Costs

All our prices are in EURO and include Irish VAT @ 21% and delivery costs. There are no additional hidden costs arising for our customers.

Customers and Companies, who are not resident in Ireland and who are registered for VAT in an EU member state, can purchase our products at prices excluding VAT upon provision of their VAT number with the order. In those cases, we recommend that VAT registered customers place their orders by email or fax.

For all customers resident outside of the European Union, all goods will be supplied at the selling price excluding. VAT is not payable by non-residents of the EU. They will receive net invoices to products, must pay however the import costs and taxes charged at the port of entry to their own countries. Before placing an order, it is the customers responsibility to be fully informed regarding local taxes and import charges at the port of entry to their own country.

§3. Delivery

All deliveries are made in order of our customers direct to the wished delivery address.

Depending upon size, and delivery address, our products will be delivered by an independent transport comopany wich is using the most appropriate accredited courier, furniture transporter or shipping agent.

All freight charges are included in the end price. (see §2 - Prices/Costs)

All customers are advised upon release of the goods to shipping agent.

§4. Delivery time

Our standard products (black leather) are delivered in approximately to 2-3 weeks after order has been placed with us.

Some of our products can be supplied faster, that is within 5 to 7 days of the order being placed.

However, for special orders subject to individual requirements and specifications (for example non-standard leather types, sizes or colours, etc..) the delivery time can extend to about 5 weeks from the date of the order.

Our logistics system enables us to offer a fast and uncomplicated delivery tracking system to all our e customers. For queries about delivery status and times, please contact our team under: inter-classics@inter-classics.com

§5. Payment

We offer to our customers the option of payment on delivery (C.O.D.). There are no additional charges for the customer for this service.

The Incasso is taken depending upon country cash or with cheque by the carriers.

In case of special orders or larger orders (over EURO 7,000.00), Inter Classic Design Ltd. request a deposit of 30% in advance. The balance is payable upon delivery. All products are sold subject to “reservation of title”, that is they remain the property of Inter Classic Design Ltd until full payment has been received.

§6. Return policy / return / repayment

We offer our customers a 14 day approval period and money back guarantee for our standard products. Only products in original packaging with original invoice can be returned. Products, which have been damaged during the 14 days approval period, cannot be returned.

Special orders cannot be returned.

Customers are requested to fax or email a request for an acceptance docket from Inter Classic Design Ltd for goods being returned within the 14 days approval period.

All returned goods can be exchanged for others or a complete refund. Repayments will be made via credit notes on the customer account or via redeemable banker’s order or cheque within 5-7 working days after Inter Classic Design Ltd have received the returns. Inter Classic Design Ltd reserves the right to choose the method of repayment.

§7. 2 Year Warranty

Inter Classic Design Ltd gives a 2 year warranty in respect of material and production defects commencing on the date of delivery.

We draw attention to the notice of our warranty conditions on the original invoice.

We replace defective parts or the whole product in response to a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be notified in writing by fax or email.
